Judgement play - Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor
2014 was the year of the poorly optimized PC game. I had to suffer from pushed down game such as Middle earth: Shadow of mordor to glitch-heavy games such as Wolfenstein: The New Order and Titanfall, But enough about the latter two lets talk about shadow of mordor.
Has Warner Brothers been bribing everyone? Middle-Earth shadow of mordor is an awful game. Firstly the game is poorly optimised (15fps ON A PC WITH 8GB OF MEMORY!), Secondly the controls are unresponsive and – Oh who am i kidding, Hack and slash games aren’t meant for PC. Warner brothers just probably pulled an Ubisoft and Made the PC version as an after thought.

Judgement play - Payday The Heist
I'm not going to review that piece of pentagon propaganda known as Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare, so here I go with Payday: The Heist
Payday The Heist is a shooter by overkill software, a company formed from the ashes of GRIN which made that Bionic Commando reboot Emprah Yahtzee hated, which ran on the diesel engine, which Payday The Heist also runs on. Gee, i've said Which so many times it makes less sense than the plot of Final Fantasy VII.
Anyway the story is that you are part of a gang that robs banks while wearing various funny masks. Thats it, which I am grateful for as I am getting annoyed by those story oriented shooters such as spec ops the line.
You begin by Pressing a button to initiate the robbery and then you start shooting, you can take a limited amount of hostages but I don’t think they are useful. The AI Teammates often get themselves arrested, The graphics and sound are aren’t anything special and to continue the trend of ending my paragraphs with the name

Judgement play - Final Fantasy VIII
It's 1999. If you weren't watching the matrix, anticipating the dreamcast or dreading Y2K, you were disappointed by Final Fantasy VIII, not because it has nothing to do with the previous game* but because they didn't improve shit. The gameplay is worse than last time, as the ATB meter seems stop at random. There's still annoying random encounters and they still used a SNES to compose the music. The only improvements are better graphics, adoption of the dual shock controller and a storyline that makes sense, albeit seeming out of place for a JRPG. I will now speak the following words in a gruff dramatic american accent.
You are Squall Leonhart, A soldier who has been deployed to fight an invasion force as his final exam at a military academy.
It would not sound out of place in a FPS. If Final Fantasy VII was an immobile pile of junk, then Final Fantasy VIII is a moving chicane. (read: slower than Slow by Kylie Minogue).

Judgement play - First Impressions of Automation
My PS2 isn't working, so no Final Fantasy VIII review (ugh, cn;t get get that annoying victory sound out of my head).
Instead lets have a look at a game that’s still in development called Automation, in which all you run a car company, not many games do that, although in Automation's current form there is just Scenario and Sandbox, in which you either build cars and engines to complete a mission or to your own liking, respectively.
There are a couple of issues in the car designer. First, new styles come out every 10 years, can we have some more frequency? secondly, there's a safety penalty for using old car bodies, which is just being superficial, thirdly you can't resize the car once you add vents, lights, handles and decals on it and finally in scenario mode you can't pass or fail, or do I have to go back and fix a limitation?
Its In early access and it shows, though I still like it. The graphics and are alright, though I don’t know if they are important to this kind of g

Judgement play - Grand Theft Auto III
I hereby find Titanfall guilty on charges of graphics card incompatibilities. So be it! (BANGS GAVEL).
Next up is Grand theft auto III. Yes I know Alien isolation and Middle Earth Shadow of Mordor are out this week but got this game from the op shop on Wednesday. So far there is only a couple of crows feet, if you can call them that. The controls are N64 like, you have to use triggers to rotate your view, though that’s only in cars. When on foot it goes into an unwanted first person view. The graphics are 75% PS2-like and 25% PS1-like. Everything else is good, the storyline involves some guy called claude doing random jobs for criminals in liberty city. Yawn, its grand theft auto III, Do I have to tell you that its a good game?
By the power vested in me by the holy inquisition, I hereby find Grand theft Auto III innocent.

Judgement play - Half Life 2
Where do I start with Half-Life 2? Well for starters at least the name makes sense (*cough*Final Fantasy VII*cough*), the ialouge is alright, the physics is outstanding when you shoot at something it dies. Oh who am I kidding do I have to remind that you that Half Life 2 is the best shooter ever? No, of course its the best. As the God-Emperor Yahtzee says “surely wasting five minutes of the internet’s time explaining why Half-Life was good would be like broadcasting a public information film about why you shouldn’t head-butt coat hooks.” Now excuse I need to bash Final insanity VII.

Sorry for the Schedule Slip, this is assuredly not because I watched the first hour of The Shawshank Redemption and before that death marched through Final Fantasy VII, but it is certainly convenient that that was the case.
Those of you who still aren't allowed to post pictures of your primary sexual characteristics on the Internet are no doubt wondering what this “Half-Life” thing that your older brother is always talking about, well Half life is the amount of time required for a quantity to fall to half its value as measured at the beginning of the time period. While the term "half-life" can be used to describe any quantity which follows an exponential decay, it is most often used within the context of nuclear physics and nuclear chemistry—that is, not what i'm talking about. Half-life is a shooter which begins with a man called Gordon Freeman, A Scie

Judgement play - Spec Ops: The Line
“This is Jack Blake, Australian Army. Attempted Review of Spec ops the line ended in complete failure. Enemies approached... too many.”
“They just kept coming at us, they never stopped. Even worse was that I ran out of ammo for both guns and the grenade aiming didn’t... work.” (GRUNTS AND DIES)
Looks like umatbru has been KIA in dubai. Looks like there wont be a verdict for spec ops the line.
